They sold us a broken toy and completely refused to take any responsibility. They ruined a little boy's day and were extremely unhelpful and uncaring about it. Zero customer service,shop somewhere else!

Que mal trato de la mujer de esta tienda, de paso ofendiendome, no quiso cambiar el artículo que fui por uno mas pequeño.

Patetico la tia super grocera no volvere a ese lugar no lo recomiendo

Shop keeper was so rude my children each had items to buy. They were with myself and my mother. They were quiet and were only holding what they were purchasing. My 9yr old dropped his item it wasn't breakable he picked it up again. She immediately appeared from behind a shelf to tell us to keep our children under control. They were very much under control, I never let them get boisterous in places like this. I was going to spend over 50 euro in there between myself my mother and 4 children and have regularly ran in there from beach but never again. I'm glad this has happened though because there are plenty of shops all selling the same stuff. And I'd hate to be giving the business to people like her.
