Está todo muy caro, hay una dependienta que se llama isa qué trata y habla mal a los clientes, los precios se van van de niveles, el otro día me compré tres productos y me salieron a nueve euros

Absolutely vile. Bought some pastries for myself and my girlfriend and they were disgusting — stale, horrible tasting, and honestly should never have been on sale in the first place. What made it even worse was the smell in the shop. It genuinely smelled like there was a sewage plant at the back of it. The stench was absolutely rotten and made me feel sick just standing in there. On top of that, the price at the till was different from the price on the label, which just topped off the whole awful experience. Dirty, foul-smelling, and completely not worth it. I’ll never be back. Avoid this place and spend your money literally anywhere else.

Queríamos comprar tabaco y un Nestea y no quisieron aceptar un billete de 50€ porque no tenían cambio, cuando es ILEGAL no aceptarlo. Todos están obligados por ley a aceptar todos los billetes y monedas de curso legal. Fue mi pareja y el trato fatal, “chiquillo un billete de 50€ no”… no te preocupes que ya volveré yo y como no lo acepten llamaré a la policía.

Purchased a beach umbrella in this shop yesterday at 4pm without realisng that there was another umbrella in the holiday apartment. I returned to this shop today at 5pm to explain the situation and was expecting a refund however the lady at the cashdesk point blank refused any refund stating no refund after the day of purchase, she was quiet adament on this. This umbrella was unused, I had the orginal reciept, all tags attached and I suggested a credit note, however the lady was not prepared to budge, finally i asked for the manager to which she informed me she was the manager. The lady had no interest in looking at the receipt or condition of the umbrella. Left a very sour note and i will not be using this store again.
