Prices are okay, but 50c extra per bottle just to open them after purchase? Come on..

Thank you for your review. We are surprised by your comment, as the situation you describe does not correspond to any service or charge offered at our store. Given that there is a neighbouring supermarket with a very similar name, we wonder whether this review may have found its way to the wrong business. If that is the case, we'd be grateful if you could redirect it accordingly. Reviews tend to be most valuable when they reach their intended destination.
