A fantastic range of UK grocery items, lovely helpful service and outstanding follow-up customer service from Karen. I had an issue with a couple of the products I bought and it was resolved within a couple of hours of contacting her She went way above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Very good experience all round.

Mercado con productos traídos directamente de Uk. Desde Mantequilla, Cheddar, Leche, Sopas, Bollería..hay de todo! Parece una tienda pequeña, pero está saturada de cosas. Mi favorita e indispensable cada vez que voy a Benidorm.

Raise your hands above your head as you walk through the door, surrendering yourself to a wholesale rip-off . EUR 10 or more for a jar of instant coffee and precisely EUR 4 for a bog standard carton of soya milk are just two such examples of overpriced goods. A similar carton of soya milk is available in nearby supermarkets commencing at EUR 1.35. A wide variety of goods available at widely inflated prices.

Always has a large selection of British foods. Great for both Ex Pats and Holidaymakers.

Habíamos visto este supermercado antes de venir a Benidorm y lo acabos de visitar, hemos comprado muchas cosas inglesas y los precios, algunos rebajados y otros en euros bien. Sopa de tomate, salsas, beans, guisantes , fish, caramelos, que no es fcail comprar en otras ciudades. La pena que no se pueda hacer compra online y recibirla en casa.

Great shop stocking many items that you get in the UK. This shop is cheaper than most shops in the area especially if you are buying drinks.

Buen sitio cuando tienen ofertas por lo que merece pegarse un paseo de vez en cuando, no para comprar congelados porque eso es una ordinariez de comida pero si para michas otras cosas, trabajadores y trabajadores muy atentos y profesionales, lo recomiendo para tus caprichos

Un supermercado super interesante para visitar, como hay muchos productos imposibles de encontrar en ningún otro lugar de Benidorm. Si entras, seguramente sales con algo, sobre todo me han impresionado artículos de perfumería e higiene originales, que no he visto en otros supermercados. Personal muy simpático, hablan siempre español o inglés según el cliente, atentos y disponibles en cualquier momento para ayudar o recomendar algo.

I usually come to this shop approx once every 10 days and buy my favourite UK food items that can't be found elsewhere in Spain. The staff are helpful and they are always pleasant to me. Good choice and variety of items and I always look forward to my visit where I can fill my basket

They have a great selection of British food, some of it is actually reasonably priced. But the use by dates aren't great on the fridge items. Most recently, I bought a quiche that still had three days left, however, when I got back home and opened it, it was 90% mould. Getting mouldy food is bad enough but paying nearly five euros for it was frustrating.

I have to say, as a Brit living in Spain (in a very Spanish area) every so often we have a need of a 'BritFix!' I've been to the Benissa store & the one in Javea... BUT I have to say, the tall slim lady on the till is FABULOUS!!!! Very friendly, knows the deals, swaps your products & she doesn't NEED to do this - she does because she CAN!!! Much better service than the other two stores & sadly not the stock! BUT I'd rather go without & be greeted with a smile & drive an extra 45 minutes (I live 1.5 hours away) than go to the other two Regards as in today & she change d our lemonade - simple but it was MUCH cheaper!!! Thank you from the lady with multi coloured hair that always tell you how helpful you are!!! Regards Alison xx

No dedicated parking and easy to drive past it. Pleasant English staff. Prices are a bit high, but this is because they have gone up in England. A good selection of foods and British products that make it worth a trip there for those who miss pies, puddings, sausages, desserts, etc. Don;t miss the JACKS soups. A good selection and far better than Heinz, for only 90c a tin.

What can I say about this store other than it's a haven for those craving a little bit of Britain in their grocery and food shopping bag 😄 Everything you miss from the UK food wise can be bought here and at a very reasonable price. Even though we have to travel down from Almedia, it's worthwhile because you will always find offers on products from your native home. 👍👍👍👍👍

It has so much UK products, all the staff speak perfect English and they are so friendly and helpful.

To the British this is known as Iceland but under license, It has a great range of British products from the shelf to the freezer, Unfortunately if you live in the Old Town it's quiet a way to go as it's at the top end of the New Town, For the people in the caravan parks that end it's great The good thing is you can get a bus from the Old Town, Is worth a visit as it does have a good range of most products including cleaning materials,bathroom products,kitchen products and even alcohol etc,

Iceland Overseas Supermarkets are an absolute rip-off, all the food products are virtually double the uk prices and some more than double.

Ex Pats are bigger, but here we see more niche products not available elsewhere. Parking not easy but use Google maps for best quiet time. Easy.

I love being able to get all of those goodies from the UK which are impossible to get hold of in Spain, at really good prices. It's a small slice of Britain in Benidorm, and a real focal point for local expats. They might be small, but they have excellent stock, everything you could want...

Overseas supermarkets are in my opinion by far the worst company you could ever have the misfortune to deal with. Such a truly terrible company. The fresh food is usually very close to its expiry date. I had to throw the milk out the day after I bought it. It looks like a few of these 5 star reviews have been left by the staff of overseas. Says it all really.. Cowboys.

Great to stock up on your English essentials. Plus at Christmas get everything you need such as Crackers/Christmas Pudding/Mince Pies. More expensive than UK but well worth it for the things that you can't do without!

Es un buen supermercado que incluye comida mayoritariamente de origen inglés. La desventaja es que al transportarse por avion desde reino unido el precio de los productos estan algo inflados, pero generalmente por experiencia personal la gran mayoria de sus productos estan deliciosos.

Love Overseas, but the staff in Benidorm need to take lessons from the Benissa store in customer service and please give the customer a smile!!!

Me parece de sinverguenzas exigir una compra mínima de 5 euros para poder pagar con tarjeta. Y cuando le dices que no es legal te dicen que hables con el manager. Han tenido suerte que no pierdo mi tiempo poniendo hojas de reclamación. I cant believe that nowadays and coming from a UK company they demand a bill of 5 euros in order to be able to pay by card. Shame on you as this isnt even legal. Lucky i did not bother to fill a complain form. Next time i will if i ever go back which probably wont.

Full British supermarket. Wide selection of British products. The offers have great price but the "normal" English products aren't cheap. Seeing they need to get it overseas I get the higher price. To bad though because we only go for the offers. If they would have a local cheaper option next to it I could get the weekly shopping there. The staff are friendly.

Lugar con interesantes productos ingleses, puedes encontrar cosas que en otro Supermercado no sería posible, punto negativo quizá que no pudiera comprar lata de refresco suelta, vienen en pack y los pasillos, un tanto estrechos Las reseñas que he leído que no hablan inglés, pues si, hablan lo básico y te entienden si tienes alguna duda, no olvidemos que está en el rincón de Loix, donde la mayoría de sus habitantes son de otro país, y este Supermercado está especializado en productos Británicos, por lo demás todo bien.

Típico supermercado británico. La variedad de productos es suficiente para el día a día. Los precios no son económicos, pero asequibles. No tienen aparcamiento, lo que resta comodidad para ir a comprar.

British goods at reasonable prices. Not as big as the ones in UK so less choice.

This is a great shop if you can't leave England behind alot of items are about 1€ dearer than the English Iceland, they sell alot of other items from waitrose as well the good thing is that they sell English greetings cards which are quite hard to get the staff are always happy and willing to help

If you want British products then this is one of the places to go as they do carry a large range. However you do pay the price, I would imagine that this is down to the transportation and distribution costs. That being said the stores are always clean, tidy and well stocked and the staff are pleasant, polite and helpful.
