Fuimos a comprar el domingo y tardamos una hora en comprar y pasar por caja. No había carnicero, la charcutería debía de atender los dos puestos ,lo que conlleva una larga cola y espera para comprar embutido o carne. Una vergüenza. En caja sólo dos cajeras y a full con carros inmensos y colas interminables.Indignante para esta cadena de Supermercados .

Der Laden wirkte schmutzig auf mich. Zudem haben sich Einheimische negativ geäußert, obwohl wir respektvoll gewesen sind. Wir konnten dass verstehen, obwohl geglaubt wurde wir verstehen nichts. Der Kassierer befand sich dann in einer Situation zwischen Einheimischen und Neukunden. Das ist nicht leicht, insofern werfe ich ihm nichts vor. Die Preise sind normal. Wenn man sonst Mercadona, Aldi und Lidl gewohnt ist, die sehr sauber sind und das Personal freundlich ist, dann sollte man hier nur im Notfall rein.

Hoy estuve en el eroski de can picafort. Que pena que no sirva de nada hacer esto pero bueno. La solución seria lo que voy a hacer yo que es no ir más sino por eso nos tratan así. Hoy fui a comprar y habían como 9 niñatos y niñatas que les da igual su trabajo y mucho más los clientes. Solo una caja abierta y la autocaja llena. No se si a esta hora no hay encargado o también es un niño de esos que no tienen educación ni idea de tratar bien a la gente. Pedí si podían abrir una caja y ni caso me hicieron. Además un niñato que ni quise preguntar su nombre pk ni me lo darían que creyó que hablaba con un compañero de clase o con un guiri cualquiera me respondió con ironía y con rintintin.Suerte que este trabajador era demasiado joven sino se lo hubiera explicado de otra manera. Hay ldl cerca y mercadona así que no volveré. En fin un país de borregos y de eso se aprovechan pero si es x mi tendrían que cerrar y entonces si se darían cuenta del valor de los clientes y más de los que vivimos aquí.

ES UN LUGAR MUY SUCIO. LAS CAJERAS SON MUY AMABLES A PESAR DEL NOTABLE MALTRATO UE RECIBEN DE LAS ENCARGADAS QUE SON MUY MALEDUCADAS Y GROSERAS.

We visited this supermarket Thursday night 27th March and spent over €70 we purchased two bottles of Josef Ferrer sparkling Rosato, which were just under €17 for each bottle and we also purchased some brandy and some nuts. The following evening we opened one of the bottles on the balcony of the hotel we were staying in (Eix Platja Durada) upon opening the wine it became clear that it was corked, firstly the colour was a pale yellow and not the colour of a typical rosé wine and secondly it was completely flat and tasted like cheap cider. We know exactly what this wine should look and taste like because we had a bottle of this same rosé wine at a local restaurant at lunchtime. My husband took both bottles of the wine back to the supermarket. The duty manager was extremely rude she didn’t speak any English (we’re not complaining about this as appreciate that we’re the foreigners! We are both currently learning to speak Spanish) the one member of staff who spoke english acted as the translator and conveyed our complaint to her, upon which she went around the store mocking my husband and mimicking him to all the staff, “saying the champagne is off, the champagne is off” whilst doing so she was making funny gibs! This was bizarre behaviour and completely humiliating for my husband in a public place and in front of all the staff and customers. One member of staff accused my husband (this was the young lad that could speak English) of drinking the wine and pouring some other liquid in the bottle!! (yes of course this is exactly what we would do on holidays, in our precious time, fly to Mallorca, buy wine from a supermarket drink it and then and then pour some cheap rubbish in it and return it back to the supermarket!? How insulting!) My husband and I own several pharmacies in the UK. My husband is a pharmacist and a wine connoisseur and this wine was definitely corked! We were not refunded for the wine that was corked, we returned the other bottle for which we were credited and my husband left the store after purchasing a different wine. The cork on this bottle was almost severed in two as the wire had pressed down into the centre of the cork. This was only visible after the foil cap was removed, it was an absolute nightmare to open this wine. The bottom line here is how appalling the duty manager behaved when she should’ve refunded both bottles and apologised. We would never run our business or treat our customers in this shocking manner. She is clearly in the wrong job. I hope that the power of social media will bring about some accountability and I sincerely hope that her manager will see this and that she will she will be reprimanded and receive the essential training in Customer Service skills. We will also be complaining directly to the head office. Mr & Mrs Thomas

Hoy cuando he ido a comprar,2 pobres trabajadoras han llamado a la encargada para unas dudas,que por cierto para eso esta la encargada, y esta misma de malas maneras les dice que no esta para subir y bajar para esto. Mi pregunta es para que está ésta señora encargada, para estar sentada y hablar mal al personal? Creo que Eroski debwria hacer algo al respecto con este tipo de encargados. Esta encargada es una señora bajita de pelo corto, porque no tidas son iguales.

El día 17- de febrero de 2025 a las 13:50l a chica de la carnicería me ha atendido con malas maneras . He comprado cordero al ajillo (ajillo para quitar el olor a rancio) y estaba la carne y el pollo pasado las manos las tenía pegajosas. Los problemas que tengan los trabajadores no lo tienen que pagar con los clientes.

Man bekommt was man braucht. Frisch Fisch in Bedienung sowie abgepackt. Parkplätze sind genügend vorhanden. Kaufen hier seit 3 Jahren immer im Urlaub ein und sind zufrieden.

Einkaufsmarkt am Rande von Can Picafort gelegen. Alles in Ordnung, aber der Supermarkt wirkte sehr voll gestellt.

Wenn ihr an die normale Kasse geht, dann checkt immer den Kassenbon. Später festgestellt, dass etwas drauf war, was nicht gekauft wurde. Ansonsten: ist halt ein Supermarkt...

Bin seit Jahren auf Mallorca. Eroski war immer mein Laden, aber seit Lidl und Aldi da sind bieten Aldi und Lidl ein größeres, besseres und Günstigeres Angebot an.

Der Laden ist deutlich teurer als alle anderen. Nur SB Kassen mit sinnverwirrenden Beschriftungen. Übellauniges Personal mit minimalen Englisch Kenntnissen. Es gibt keinen noch so kleinen Grund, diesen Laden nochmals zu betreten.

There is a rooftop car park, with a lift, which is almost always completely empty. It's accessible from the road next to the shop, toward the back. The shop itself is fine - good selection and prices.

Całkiem spory wybór dla wegan. Dostępne Alpro - jogurty, desery a nawet kawa mrożona; Violife, Heura, Valsoia czy wegańskie produkty Eroski np. falafel. Zdecydowanie polecam weganom (Spar nie ma takiego wyboru).

Horror Supermarkt. Schlecht sortiert, man fühlt sich sofort unwohl im Laden. Die ausgeschilderten Preise sind Verbrauchertäuschung, es steht groß dran 2,50€ und klein (ab dem zweiten Produkt, das erste kostet 6,50€) - nur mit Eroski Karte, na klar! Überall steht nicht verräumte Ware & die Obst/Gemüseabteilung schimmelt vor sich hin. Und die PREISE sind der absolute Witz, ca. 1,5x teurer als die Konkurrenz.

Tolle Auswahl an Lebensmittel, frisches Obst und Gemüse

Kleiner Supermarkt für den täglichen Gebrauch, es gibt SB und klassische Kassen. Die Preise sind teils günstiger aber auch gleich zu deutschen Preisen.

Nette und freundliche Mitarbeiter, auch den Touristen gegenüber sehr hilfsbereit.

Da nicht nicht wirklich andere Supermärkte in der nähe sind, hat der Eroski die Preise ganz schön angezogen. Da ist es in vielen Fällen günstiger in die "Spar"Supermärkte, die ja eher wie ein Kiosk sind, einkaufen zu gehen.

Lo de las cajas rápidas es lamentable y penoso. Nadie a caja, reponedores por los pasillos. Había una señora y un señor en caja rápida en pago efectivo (solo hay 2) la señora no sabía como utilizar la caja, estaba apartada sacando cosas de su bolso cuando vi que no usaba la caja, fui yo que llevaba literal 4 cosas en la mano. Me vino la dependienta diciendo que me había colado y que la señora iba primero. Ella estaba con otro cliente. Me lleve la mala cara de la señora que no había empezado a usar la caja. Estas situaciones se pueden evitar si hay alguien en caja que atienda y las cajas automáticas. Encima la dependienta me dice tienes dos cajas más pero son con targetas. Y si yo quiero pagar en efectivo? Lo siento pero en este Eroski mientras hagan este funcionamiento no volveré más. Yo no trabajo en este establecimiento para que funcionen igual que ocurre decathlon. Será por supermercados en Can picafort ahora mismo. Dejo esta reseña para que los encargados toman nota por si en invierno pierden clientes.

Ayer día 25/02 a las 16:00 la única chica joven pelo moreno corto que estaba en caja fue super borde y con malas caras. Una mujer mayor con un carro lleno le dijo que la atendiese por favor que no sabía utilizar la caja rápida y al tener que abrir la caja la atendió refunfuñando y con malos gestos. No me merece ni medio normal que no haya cajas abiertas y mucho menos el trato que recibió esta persona mayor por parte de la cajera.
