Stocks all the favourite ex pat Brits requirements. We buy 90% of our food and goods at our local Spanish supermarket, but occasionally travel to Overseas for comfort food.

Excellent choices. They work very hard at doing everything professionally lots of fantastic choices .

Some things are good others more expensive than Spanish supermarkets

Fatal , compré varios productos durante 1 semana , mucho congelado y mucho precocinado. Aumenté más de 2 kilos por comer comida británica . Nunca más , mejor comida fresca española y mucho más barata.

Love the shop but it has conflicting opening times google says open Sunday and closed Monday on the official website site closed Sunday open Monday . Which is correct thanks

Friendly staff Great selection of Products

A big thank you to Manager, Alex and his staff today in Benissa. I had been targeted by a couple of men, one distracting me whilst the other went into my handbag. Fortunately, the only "purse" they took was my folding bag, which looks like a purse. I didn't even know what had happened until Alex asked me to check my handbag as he had spotted them on camera. He had called the police but the men had run off. I was in a bit of a state, thinking about what could have taken but everyone was so so kind to me. 👍🥰

Good UK products, but very expensive. Some UK products can be found for less in Spanish supermarkets

we were in the store yesterday, I started having a coughing fit, one of your girls, I wish I´d got her name, young girl, long hair. came up and offered me a lozenge, well, a blackcurrent menthol sweet. It's ok if you're desperate for British food, but expensive.

Always great to shop for stuff

Loose english tea and Robinsons barley water, marvellous but brace yourself for the prices, hence a lot of cheap near date products.

We are regular shoppers here and are always satisfied with the products, the service and the efficiency of the staff.

Good product range and friendly staff

Lots of English food but at a great cost. €5 for a bottle of salad cream!! The food is double and sometimes treble the amount of money it should be. What makes it worse is the original uk prices are still printed on the packets, then you see you are paying so much more. Absolutely outrageous prices. The people who own this store are certainly taking advantage of the brits who buy there. One of the cashiers tried to defend their prices but I spent €30 and did not even have a 1 bag full of food. Will definitely not be going back.

Local perfecto para comprar una gran variedad de productos británicos . Los precios son mixtos , no son baratos pero algunos algo razonables. Este año o , claro , los precios mucho más altos que antes , quizás por el brexit . Hay algunas ofertas en la época navideña. Todo muy bien distribuido y fácil de encontrar los productos especificos que queiras. Muy fácil de llegar si vienes de otras provincias , yo voy desde Castellón cada año , tienen aparcamiento al lado y también en el subsuelo. Hay una gasolinera al lado y los funcionarios son muy agradables siempre . Hay de todo un poco .

Good stock of UK products, but does tend to be overpriced on some items.

Overseas a.k.a Iceland is a supermarket specialised in British food. If you miss some of the food or brands that you used to buy in the UK, it is likely that you'll find them here. Although, they will be in the form of frozen food, like fish and chips, pies, Gregg's sausage roll ... Etc. There are fresh fruit and vegetables, English sausages, gammon, ribs, as well as cold meat, and cheeses too. They also sell all kinds of chocolate, herbs, drinks, crisps, condiments, desserts.. Etc. You can also find English greeting cards, magazines and newspapers, as well as cleaning products, pet food, and stationaries. It's pretty much a one stop shop for those who has to buy certain brands or food that they used to buy in the UK. The staffs are always friendly and helpful. The shop is usually very quite, except when it's close to Christmas. In my experience, most customers (~95%) are retired British people. Of course, being a specialised store for British items and brands means you have to pay a little more than your local supermarket. In fact, comparing to British items that you can find in Carrefour, Mas y Mas, and Consum, they can be more expensive if not the same price. Like I said, if you HAVE to buy a certain product or brand of products that you used to buy in the UK, then you'll likely find it here.

As a Reg to this establishment Iv used for yrs now Iceland staff are alway on the ball polite smiles and genuine it has to be one of the cleanest shops also I’ll be there again the end of the month and as always smiles and great staff. Well Done all keep it up Lee 👌💙❤️💙❤️🇪🇸🇬🇧

Huge, widely spaced aisles in a totally empty (of customers, except me) supermarket, but it was a Sunday afternoon.

Friendly staff and a great selection of food. Some drive away from us in Valencia, but worth coming to, Irn bru, cream soda, dr pepper, and snack a jacks

Friendly helpful staff. Shelves and freezers full again. Managed to buy everything I needed, big block of cheese, meat from the butcher and a few frozen items! Never fails to impress.

Es un supermercado especializado en productos británicos. Todo esta muy bien distribuido y espaciado. Lástima que debido al brexit en la actualidad carecen de varios productos. También se nota la subida de los precios en gran parte de las cosas que venden. Dispone de un parking para los clientes.

The shopping experience itself, on 21/12/20, was absolutely fine, there were many good offers and the staff was helpful. However, we bought a duck with best before date 29/12/20, to have it for Christmas day. I checked cooking info on the bag, and it was very basic and ambiguous . I checked Delia Smith recipe for roast duck and followed it to the letter. I am afraid, the duck was inedible and 95% ended in the dog. It was hard, stringy and tasteless. Good job we had some salmon in the fridge, otherwise it would be roast veg Xmas lunch. Big disappoinment!!

Don't know the details but they sack a member of staff and end up with inexperienced staff. My Americano went up by 15c because the till can't differentiate between Americano and con leche and unable to get breakfast immediately as bread still in oven 20 minutes after the cafe opens.

Your management in times of Corona, when there are lots of people at the checkout, is shocking. I complained today because only 3 checkouts were open and customers were queuing. Employees walked past uslessly and back instead of opening 2 more cash registers in order to minimize the corona risk (where there are many people). The young man at the checkout only said disinfection, as if that would be enough. He has not yet understood how life-threatening the coronavirus is. I hope you are sensitized in the future

Great selection of products,great sevice.

Went 10.20 on a Wednesday. Easy parking downstairs, hand sanitizer and gloves provided on entering shop. Requested to stay minimum of 1m distant from other shoppers. All shelves fully stocked and huge variety of fresh fruit and veg. Excellent service all round.

Have lived in Spain for 18 years, have integrated well, but now and again a visit to a supermarket that stocks English products is quite a pleasure.

Excellent staff, great choice. A little more expensive than local shops but all your British favourites and more difficult to find items are available.

First time here today and our thought's were that it just about has everything you could want that's British. There is a huge selection of frozen food from meat pies through to vegetarian burgers. A great selection of fresh meat 🍗 and a good selection of cheese's. Plenty of tinned food as well as chocolates. Basically if you want British food at reasonable prices, then this is a must visit for your weekly shop, 👍👍👍👍
